How the process works:

APPLY.
Fill out the form and tell me what you’d LOVE to have off your plate. We’ll make sure a VIP Day is the right fit and identify where we can create the most movement. You don’t need to have the perfect project plan or know exactly what we should tackle. That’s part of what you’re hiring me for. I’ll look at the bigger picture, help connect the dots, and identify where one focused day can create the most movement in your business.
2.
PREP.
Once you’re booked, you’ll get everything you need to prepare so I can hit the ground running. Fill out the VIP Day questionnaire to help us both build clarity around the goals & intention for your reserved day. I’ll come into our day already knowing your business, your goals, and what we’re here to accomplish.
3.
CREATE.
We’ll kick off first thing in the morning, align on the vision and priorities, and then I get to work. From there, you can be as hands-on (or hands-off) as you want. Go run your business. Take client calls. Pick up your kids. Go get a latte. You do not need to sit on Zoom with me for eight hours. We’ll stay connected throughout the day as the work evolves so I can grab feedback, ask questions, and make decisions with you when needed.
