3. No Guarantees / Earnings Disclaimer

You acknowledge that Magnetic Boss Studio LLC makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Business growth

  • Income or revenue increases

  • Client acquisition

  • Results from implementing strategies

Your success depends on many factors outside our control, including but not limited to your effort, consistency, positioning, market conditions, and execution.

All examples, case studies, or testimonials are not guarantees of results.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Responsibility

By purchasing any product or service, you agree to pay all fees in full as outlined at the time of purchase.

4.2 Payment Plans

If a payment plan is selected:

  • You are legally responsible for completing all payments

  • Payments will be automatically charged to your payment method

  • Failure to complete payments may result in collections or legal action

5. Refund Policy (All Sales Final)

5.1 Strict No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Magnetic Boss Studio LLC does not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations for:

  • Courses or trainings

  • Coaching or mentorship programs

  • VIP Days or services

  • Payment plans

5.2 No Exceptions

Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings, no exceptions will be made for:

  • Change of mind

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to initiate a chargeback.

If a chargeback is filed:

  • You will be in breach of this agreement

  • Access to all products/services will be revoked immediately

  • Legal action may be pursued to recover funds, fees, and associated costs

7. Intellectual Property

All content created by Magnetic Boss Studio LLC, including but not limited to:

  • Branding materials

  • Templates

  • Trainings

  • PDFs, downloads, and courses

  • Website content

is the intellectual property of Magnetic Boss Studio LLC.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials

  • Share login access or purchased content

  • Resell or repurpose materials without written permission

8. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • You will actively participate in services purchased

  • You will not rely solely on the Company for outcomes

This is a collaborative process, not a done-for-you guarantee of success.

9. Service Scope & Boundaries

For 1:1 services, VIP Days, and ongoing support:

  • Scope of work is defined at time of purchase or in contract

  • Additional requests outside scope may require additional fees

  • Communication boundaries and timelines will be respected

10. Access & Delivery of Digital Products

Upon purchase:

  • You will receive access to digital content via email or platform login

  • It is your responsibility to download/save materials

We are not responsible for lost access due to user error.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to terminate access to any product, service, or program without refund if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in harmful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

  • You misuse intellectual property

12. Limitation of Liability
